Louis Tamburro III - Pastor

Louis has been serving as the pastor of St. Andrew since July 2007. He received his B.A. in Public Relations at Flagler College, his Masters in Divinity and Masters in Pastoral Counseling at Asbury Theological Seminary. He served as the youth pastor at First Covenant Evangelical Church in Winter Park for two years before coming to St. Andrew. His passions include spending time with God, his wife Andrea, his boys Noah and Caleb, his friends, and people. He wants to do everything he can to make a difference in the lives that he comes across for the glory of Christ. As for his interests and hobbies, Louis loves surfing, snowboarding, boxing, kickboxing, football, baseball, and anything to do with sports or outdoor hiking. His life motto is, “To the world you might just be one life, but to one life you might just be the world” - anonymous.
Shelby Davis - Chaplain of Congregational Care

Shelby has been attending St. Andrew since the fall of 2009. While attending St. Andrew Shelby partnered with Pastor Louis in building a Congregational Care Team. Shelby is the chaplain of this team and helps to train and equip others to be caregivers. Shelby has been an ordained United Methodist minister since 1985 and one of her greatest gifts is pastoral care. Her passions include serving the Lord with her whole mind, heart, body, and soul and loving her neighbor as herself. Her hobbies include reading, crochet, playing scrabble, and traveling. Shelby’s life motto is to live in a manner that doesn’t embarrass God, her church, her family or her herself.
Laura Parker - Secretary

Laura has been our church secretary since March 2008. She has mainly been a secretary for attorneys and doctors until she felt led by God to be a church secretary for St. Andrew. Laura believes that being a church secretary fulfills her passion and gift to serve others. She is not the kind of person wanting to be on the “front lines,” but ask her to help and she is more than willing. Her interests and hobbies include anything to do with her family of five. Whether it is watching her family sing in the choir, play soccer, cross-country running, or cheerleading, she is their biggest fan. Her life motto is based on the words from Kahlil Gibran: “You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.”
Scott Cockerham - Music Director

Scott has been a part of St. Andrew in the past, moved, and then recently joined us again in September of 2008. He has 17 years of church music experience has been a music school teacher for 18 years. In addition, he has 3 years of experience as a college teacher of Jazz and classical guitar. Scott’s interests and hobbies are, you guessed it, music. Although he does enjoy an occasional game of golf. He is further passionate about his wife Lauralee, and four boys Scotty, Collin, Nathan and Kyle. Scott lives by the motto of using the talents that God has given you. For Scott this entails using his gift of music to bless people in worship.
David Riendeau - Praise Leader

David started at St. Andrew in the summer of 2009. He has taken classes in Music Theory as well as led worship at Celebrate Recovery, Park Avenue Baptist Church, and with an alternative Christian rock band. His passion for music began at a young age, however, he explains that when he was in junior high he had a personal encounter with God through worship music. Ever since then he has been striving to share his passion with others so that they too can have a personal encounter with God through music. In addition to music, David loves sports, surfing, skating, reading, fishing, and is a fan of the Texas Longhorns and Orlando Magic. His life motto is to aggressively and consciously pursue a relationship with Christ in such a way that seems crazy to spectators daring them to become partakers as well.
Kelley McLester - Bookkeeper

Kelley started with us in October 2008. Ten years ago God lead her into serving churches as a bookkeeper. She has worked at First United Methodist Church in Titusville and is currently still employed at Inidan River City Church inTitusville. She has experence in accounting as well as church tax and law. Kelley feels honored and blessed that God would call her to handle His finances. She is passionate about being true to God and true to who God has called her to be. She is further passionate about praising God with song and worship. Her hobbies in clude reading, singing, spending time with her family, and going to church. Her life motto is: To keep your eyes on Jesus and allow Him to guide your steps. His path is always better than our own. “
Rae Lynn Bartlett - Youth Leader

Rae Lynn has been a part of St. Andrew’s youth group since she was a teenager and in 2006 she took on the youth leader role. She blieves that it is very important to give our children and the teens in our community a place to learn about God. She wants them to be able to learn and experience that God can make a difference in our lives. Rae Lynn’s passions include learning more about God’s unconditional love, growing in her spiritual relationship with God, and building a strong Christian marriage. She has a strong passion for family and friends as well as just trying to be a “light” that shines for our Lord and Savior. Her hobbies are going to the beach, working out, visiting with family and friends, going to Orlando Magic games with her husband, working in her butterfly garden, and working outside in the yard. Her life motto is based on the unknown quote, “Live life passionately, Laugh until your belly hurts, Love unconditionally.”
Amber Witters - Youth Leader

Amber joined our youth ministry team in 2009. She loves being able to teach the youth about the love of Christ and how Christ can use them to impact the lives of others. She further tries to encourage the youth to live a God honoring, God driven life. She made the decision to join the youth ministry team after seeing the impact she was able to have on the youth when she led a small group for our Vacation Bible School. Her passions include growing closer with God and spending time with her family. Her interests include mentoring the youth, music, surfing, and playing with her children. Her life motto is, “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
Heather Griffin - Children’s Coordinator

Heather has been a member of St. Andrew and a Children’s Church leader since 2009. She and her husband were led to become members of the church after their children attended Vacation Bible School at St. Andrew in 2008. Heather felt a strong calling to give back to the church through the Children’s Ministry and that is what she has been doing since. She recently made the decision to join our staff as the Children’s Coordinator because she felt as though she could contribute further to the growth of the children in their faith. Yet over time what she has found is that the children are also helping her to grow as well. Heather’s passions include her children, her family, her church, helping others, and continuing to build her relationship with God. Her interests and hobbies are spending time with friends, watching Florida Gator football, cruising, Disney vacations, and serving in the Children’s Ministry. Her life’s motto comes from Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.”
